Sour Dough School

Sour Dough courses can be booked for up to 5 people and hosted at your home or the location of your choosing in the Ventura County Area

Courses will include the following
Total set up for success starter kit
(per person):

1- 4 oz. 25 year old sour dough “Mother”
1- “Mother”feeding instructions and baking schedule
1- Tools and ingredients recommendations list
1- 2 Hour in person course on mixing, shaping and baking
1- FULL FRESH LOAF OF SOUR DOUGH YOU BAKED
*We will be baking and eating fresh sour dough on site with scrumptious Seasonal sides  provided by me*
Free, advise and trouble shooting consultation upon scheduling
