Let’s have a Wild Thyme cooking together 

In Arabic Zataar means Wild Thyme. You may be familiar with this ingredient as it is wildly used in the states and around the world these days. It’s my most favorite ingredient, the smell reminds me of meals made by my Tita and Situ. Now , as an educated Chef and mom I see how they were greatly involved in my love and pursuit of the culinary arts and hospitality field, and for this I remain  eternally grateful!
